Wormwood or mugwort

I ordered the hoist smokeless moxa which I thought was made from mugwort but I received a different brand made from wormwood. Can you clarify please ?

Wormwood is a type of mugwort, but the names are used interchangeably. There are many species of mugwort and many species of wormwood, but they are grouped into one scientific family, the Artemisia genus.
